The Wine Whine is a blog which aims to paint a bit more of a picture as to some of the production methods used in wine making. This is to highlight the lack of transparency in regard to the labelling of wine in Australia, and to a further extent the world. Currently in Australia wine labelling does not adhere to the same strict guidelines as that of food products. This lack of transparency leads to some wine being packed of additives, preservatives, enzymes and acids, for which we have no idea about.
